GOVERNMENT OF IUKAC REAFFIRMS ITS ABSOLUTE MONARCHY AND COMMITMENT TO INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMACY
Sahara West, April 30, 2025 — The Government of Iukac, under the leadership of His Majesty King Ludwig, reaffirms its absolute monarchy as the sovereign form of government. Although it does not follow a traditional democratic system, the Iukac State rejects all forms of communism and instead defines itself as a capitalist nation with legal guarantees that protect the rights of investors and citizens. The Government of the Iukac Kingdom operates through a governing council known as the Tetrarch Council, composed of appointed leaders who collaborate with the King on matters of State. Its judicial system is independent and led by Judge Sheraz. The country has adopted the Spanish Civil Code as its legal foundation, with adaptations specific to its monarchical structure. With territorial presence in Sahara West and sovereign enclaves bordering El Paso, Texas (USA), the country maintains a strong stance of respecting international sovereignty and is open to bilateral diplomatic treaties. The banking deposit insurance guarantees up to 250,000 Grand Dollars or Denarios, reinforcing confidence in its financial system. On November 7, the Iukac Empire will commemorate another anniversary of its Declaration of Sovereignty— a document that marked the beginning of an era of stability, progress, and international recognition.
